Job Title: Injection Process Engineer

Work Location: Anhui Plant

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for process debugging, parameter optimization, and anomaly handling of injection molding machines
• Develop process standards and work instructions for the injection molding process
• Monitor product quality during the injection process, analyze and resolve process defects (short shots, flash, weld lines, etc.)
• Participate in trial molding verification and acceptance of new molds
• Assist the production department in efficiency improvement and cost reduction

Qualifications:

• Associate degree or higher in Materials Forming, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in MIM injection molding or plastic injection molding processes
• Familiar with the operation and debugging of injection molding machines from brands such as Nissei, Haitian, and Changfeiya
• Knowledge of the process characteristics of common MIM materials (stainless steel, titanium alloy, etc.)
• Strong on-site problem-solving skills
